The ideal candidate:

Professional Groundscare machinery and sales experience, Have the drive and initiative to help grow our Groundscare business, Be self motivated, commercially driven and have the ability to manage and work with our existing sales team and other departments, Good communication and negotiating skills, Good IT literacy, Successful Rickerby staff enjoy excellent earnings including competative salaries, incentives, defined contribution pension scheme, employee discounts, increased annual leave with length of service, staff uniform and paid sick leave.
